The Drupal\Core\Queue\DatabaseQueue::releaseItem() and Drupal\Core\Queue\DatabaseQueue::delayItem() previously returned 1 instead of TRUE, which was the violation of the methods specification declared by corresponding interfaces. Please make sure your codebase does not have something like $queue->releaseItem($item) === 1 or $queue->delayItem($item, 100) === 1.
