Ability to order/sort subqueues

Problem/Motivation

No functionality exists OOTB to sort or order items in the subqueue. This would be beneficial to allow users to sort queues (much like Terms and menu items).
Currently the way I've done to add an integer field to the EQ and then manually set each subqueue to a value, then use views to sort on that field.

Proposed resolution

Add the crosshairs to the queued items and use this to set the position/order.
