When we hover over links then the background color appears over the link has a specific height 0f -30px, In some cases when we have 2-3 lines of URL then this is looking broke. Here I am adding a screenshot for reference.

drummI’m using this issue to double check that #3194036: Add Tugboat support for contrib projects was deployed properly.
Olivero is now part of Drupal core. This project was used to build the theme in preparation for inclusion in Drupal. I expect the patch will need a re-roll, or make it into a merge request for core.
