Problem/Motivation

In the page /admin/config/people/administerusersbyrole the roles are not displayed.
I can't lassify each role

Steps to reproduce

Installed - Uninstalled, installed again, same problem.

Thanks for the report. Any roles that have permission 'administer users' are not shown. The authenticated role is not shown. Perhaps your site doesn't have any roles to show?

hello, sorry for the late answer, after several attempts and an hours, a role appeared at some point, an "editor" role created by me, what I could then restrict.

i had the same issue,
looks like roles field is forbidden by default as of drupal 9.
