Problem/Motivation

The migration d7_simplenews_subscriber fails because it attempts to use the "iterator" plugin, which was removed in Drupal 9.0.0.

Also applies to the 8.x-2.x branch.

Steps to reproduce

After running migrate-upgrade --configure-only,
./vendor/bin/drush migrate-import upgrade_d7_simplenews_subscriber

DiscoveryTrait.php line 53:
                                                                                                                                             
  The "iterator" plugin does not exist.

Proposed resolution

Replace iterator plugin with sub_process plugin per CR: Renamed Migrate iterator process plugin to sub_process
