I wish to apply for becoming the maintainer of hp5 module so that I can release Drupal 9 version and also actively maintain this module.

I tried to contact maintainer of the module but didn't get any response. I would like to have maintainer access of the project so that i can actively maintain the module.

The project is covered by the security advisory policy. Only users with the vetted role are added as co-maintainer/maintainer, or even project owner, by webmasters. Moving this issue before getting that role has only the effect of postponing it.
