mohit.aghera	I am not able to figure out the failures for this issue #3067007: LanguageNegotiationUrlFallback should use content language for TYPE_URL fallback# - Still blocked on this about which test case approach to take. (edited)

3️⃣ Core bug statistics - current state of open bugs

larowlan	28 smashed, but 47 new ones, we went backwards this fortnight
dww	We need to recruit more resources into this initiative or we'll never keep up with the firehose of the core queue...
larowlan	i would like to explore pam’s idea about a weekly triage. keeping on top of new issues is a big helper.

lendude	I’ll see if I can run my stats scraper script again some time this week, get some more data points

dww	I'd love to work on any update.module bugs sorted by priority:#2731187: CSRF in update module manual check links (D7 backport major)Help welcome! If other folks write the patches, I can review/RTBC them and Lee can commit them. If I'm the only one writing, it slows down. ;) Thanks!

dww	That's a good start. I'm also talking about getting more of those folks actively smashing. And we still need a lot more folks involved, people not on Slack, etc...
lendude	I promoted the initiative during my automated test talk this weekend :shrug: Just keep getting the word out
dww	Wish I could have made it to your talk, but the time was very incompatible with my TZ... Was it recorded?
lendude	They said it would be, haven’t seen it yet though. Don’t think you’ll learn anything new :smile:
dww	I was thinking as a resource to share with others. :smile:
kndr	I was lucky to be at your lecture during Drupaljam :slightly_smiling_face: It was great stuff especially for newcomers like me. Three slides were really helpful from my point of view: "Time to start writing", "Finding existing test coverage" and "Still unsure?". In short: "Any test is better than nothing" and "Finding existig test coverage is hard".

dww	I'm going to talk to TEN7 this week about doing a planet blog post about #bugsmash, why they sponsor some of my time on it, and inviting other shops to do the same. Hopefully that'll help get some conversation going...
