Problem/Motivation

I am seeing this notice in my site logs.

League\OAuth2\Client\Provider\Exception\IdentityProviderException: OAuthException: An unexpected error has occurred. Please retry your request later. in League\OAuth2\Client\Provider\Facebook->checkResponse() (line 156 of /vendor/league/oauth2-facebook/src/Provider/Facebook.php).

Steps to reproduce

I am unable to reproduce this error. But this error is occurring when the user accesses the site using Instagram/Snapchats browser.
