when i use community tags to add tags then other taxonomy terms which arn't tags are deleted from the node

duplicate bug report, the bug has been already reported in August at http://drupal.org/node/293996

btw, i'm experiencing the same problem.

Microbe, the original bug report mentioned this patch: http://drupal.org/files/issues/community_tags.159479_0.patch
It worked for me on the current 6.x version!
