We cannot delete files, but we can delete their content, which is what I have done.

The file content could still be visible due to browser or server cache. From the file length, I can see the file content has been already overridden.

It must be browser cache, since opening a private window to see the patch content shows File content deleted on 2020-10-15T17:28:33+00:00 by user: kiamlaluno.
