This theme is not compatible with drupal9 version. I will attach a screenshot for better reference

Hi, for Drupal 10 I recommend changing file claro.info.yml for libraries section from:

drupal/jquery.once

to:

drupal/once

Drupal 9 is End of Life and will not be receiving any changes.

Can you update the site to a supported version?

The has been no updated here in 5 months and Drupal 9 is end of life. Therefor, I am closing this issue.
