Rework CMIS field type

Instead of storing a CMIS path that needs to be parsed and the title of the document (that can be changed in CMIS), we should now store:

• the CMIS connection ID
• the CMIS objet ID
• to avoid requests on the CMIS endpoint we can store the object title in a state or a key/value store
