Problem/Motivation

Hi

If add subscribers by mass-subscribe then if I try update them by cvs feeds I get this:

The simplenews subscriber ***@***.** failed to validate with the following errors:
langcode.0: The value you selected is not a valid choice.

Other subscribers update without errors

It would be great to have "steps to reproduce" without using another module.

Probably this comes from a single language site, where SubscriberMassSubscribeForm sets a language of empty string. We could probably use a 'language_select' element.
