This issue will deal the issues occurring while installing the module in different situations

Like installing in new Drupal 8 and 9 site

Using composer and git to install the module, probably git won't allow it due to commerce.

Problems occurring with dependencies updating and in which cases it occurs so as to keep a record

Module install perfectly in Acquia site with just using composer require drupal/commerce_fraud
this installed 2.x-dev version with all the dependencies
The configuration is also working okay
Database models commerce_fraud_fraud_score and rules also had required structure

Although In a new site installing commerce fraud doesn't install commerce store, price, product and other important modules to create an order
Should these be added dependecies

This is a major problem ignored because had admin toolbar:
Commerce Fraud Configuration is not listed in commerce configuration
Will list this in the new issue as a major priority

I'm not sure I understand this. I've just created a blank site and installed fraud with no problems.

I think the only module we are missing is the order module, as we subscribe to the events in that. Well technically the module doesn't really do anything without products and such, it also works without them. We want to keep dependencies to a minimum as Commerce is supposed to be a framework rather than an end product. So similarly, if we only require the bare minimum from it, others could create a custom commerce module to plug in on fraud (say a custom product module).
