The work to port this module to Backdrop was begun some time ago and I've just taken it over to try to get to a full release. I noticed there was no notification made here so wanted to make a formal thank you (and invitation). I appreciate all the work you've done on this module. If any of the maintainers for this Drupal version are interested in maintaining (or co-maintaining) for Backdrop, just let me know -- you'd be more than welcome!

We have a first release for Backdrop. I'll mark this as Fixed, and the offer of a spot as maintainer for Backdrop stands going forward if you are interested. ;)

Congratulations with the first Backdrop release!

Thanks for the maintainership offer, but as things stands I have a hard time making stable Drupal releases of this project. I simply do not have time for contributing to the Backdrop version.
