Following classes getting new constructor argument \Drupal\Component\Datetime\TimeInterface $time:

- \Drupal\Core\Entity\SqlSqlContentEntityStorageSchema
- \Drupal\Core\Queue\DatabaseQueue
- \Drupal\Core\Queue\Memory
- \Drupal\Core\Queue\QueueDatabaseFactory
- \Drupal\comment\CommentStorage
- \Drupal\update\ProjectSecurityRequirement

Also \Drupal\update\ProjectSecurityRequirement::createFromProjectDataAndSecurityCoverageInfo() now require 3rd argument of the same type
