Hi I installed one of the themes that comes on Drupal and now my Appearance screen is stuck showing HTML and I can't get it back to normal.

This queue is for issues on Drupal.org and its sub-domains. For issues on sites you maintain/develop, or for generic support requests, ask on the forums.

The theme referenced on that screenshot is downloadable from shareit.com, not drupal.org. You need to ask them for any support or bug report about their themes. That isn't a theme that comes with Drupal, but a theme sold from third-parties.
