Am was able to do a lot of stuff with Views, like put in relationship coupons and orders, but seems promotions cannot be put in relationship with other entities apart Store. For example i cannot put in relationship order that use promotion (without coupon), in order to create a custom views which shows me how many times the single promotion has been used (like in default promotions form). Do you think can be possibile in the future? Ty for your amazing works guys!

+1 for deeper Views integration for Promotions.

I'd love to be able to filter product catalogs by promotion for quick creation of landing pages for a particular sale or similar.

The reason why this is currently not possible is that the order itself doesn't reference promotions. The order references the applied coupons, but not the promotions themselves directly.
