Set the scheduling options published/unpublished to default values

After the new support for Scheduler with Content Moderation, it's not a good user experience to always set the Publish state and Unpublish state under Scheduling options.

Since we already have 1 "published" state and 1 "unpublished/archived" state for both Simple and Editorial workflows, then it makes sense to set these states as the default values.
