It would nice to have extra permissions for more control over the role change history which is shown to users. The view provided by the module can also be modified to show data accordingly.

Since the D8 version uses a view to display role history there isn't any point in introducing these. Users can configure appropriate permission from the view itself.

I am modifying this issue to remove unnecessary permissions and template files that are never used by the module.
