I have a site where multiple users have been able to use the TinyMCE plugin, but with one user, no 'Browse' button appears. It doesn't matter whether it's Firefox or IE, and when I login as that user, I have the same problem. It's not a permissions issue since all the users have the same role. I'm stumped - any ideas or suggestions? Thank you.

sunWhich "Browse" button do you mean? Please elaborate.

Bricks and Clicks MarketingThe one used to look on your local computer to upload an image.
When I'm logged in as superadmin, or as another user with the same role as the problematic user, I can click the little camera icon and get the 2 pane popup. At the bottom of the top pane is a browse button to look on my computer for an image to upload.
When logged in as the problematic user, this button is not there.

sunA user needs the "create images" permission for Image module to see and access this button.
