Problem/Motivation

It would be nice if there was a way to quickly navigate to the styleguides from the menu links, especially when a module like https://www.drupal.org/project/admin_toolbar is installed.

Proposed resolution

Add menu link definitions for the default styleguide and its derivatives.

Add the menu links.

Attached a patch adding the functionality. It'd be nice if we enabled tests on the Drupal 8 branch, just so patches can be automatically tested.
