Drupal 9 compatibility

Patching does not work for info file due to Drupal packaging, #2 should be committed to the module so that all D8 versions and D9 can work.

This can be applied via composer, till new release comes with core_version_requirement.

I have created a 2.0-alpha1 tag for the fork "memcache_storage-3145247".

If you want to use it for the moment, you can add the following package to the repository key in composer.json. As you can see the URL corresponds to the URL of the fork.

This was a quick and temporary fix that I had to perform.

Thank you guys so much for working on this, especially @davidlfg for the merge request. I've created a new 2.0.x branch and merged changes there, will create a new release soon as well.
