All new features are going in to the 8.x-2.x branch. If someone wants to take a stab at a refactor of this patch for 8.x-2.x please re-open and I'll take a look. Note a portion of this has now been implemented by #3029168: Add keywords for Recipe.

Excuse the comment, but given that we're discussing moving the Recipes structures to their own module I think we should mark this one postponed and deal with it later.
