I see that keywords for recipe is missing for module, this tag is recommended as described from the official Google guidelines: https://developers.google.com/actions/content-actions/recipes

Is it possibile to add it?

kausalya, the patchfile is empty - perhaps you could try creating it again?

I needed this too, but the good news is that the Schema group be extended within your own custom module. There are instructions in the README: https://git.drupalcode.org/project/schema_metatag/blob/8.x-1.x/README.txt
