Update the project page to include WYSIWYG core media

The project page is out of date. In the list of supported tracking methods, it doesn't include the core media CKEditor support:

Media WYSIWYG Embed (Core)
Tracks relationships created with Core's 'Embed media' filter in formatted text fields.

This should be added to the project page list; it's a great feature so it should be easy to find that the module has it :)
