Save contacts form submisson to Teamleader

Hello,
This is the first time that I create an issue. Forgive me if it's not done properly. I hope you can help me.

I have my website with Drupal 7 and I use Teamleader as CRM.
There is a submodule to save Drupal Contact form submissions directly in Teamleader.
However, this submodule is for Drupal 8 only.

Is it possible to have it for Drupal 7 ?
That would be perfect for me.
