Team meeting - 5/18/2020

Moving forward, we'll extend the weekly meeting to 1 hour and spend the first 30 min talking about the camp and the second 30 min will be 501 c3 discussion.

501c3 follow-up conversation
- Matthew, Greg and Chris attended a meeting with the camp organizer's group last week to solicit opionions and advice

- Need to layout milestones for how we'll proceed.
- We'll take the time between now and our next meeting to consider as a group and if we decide to move forward, we'll put together milestones for taking this to the broader community for a vote.
- Our three options to discuss next time are: same fiscal receiver, new fiscal receiver, become 501c3
- Matthew will put thoughts in the spreadsheet around milestones

Full digital or hybrid camp decision
- Survey results: 75% prefer virtual, 25% prefer in-person
- We'll go completely virtual
- Fatima is in to do a virtual keynote
- Everyone should start thinking about format for sessions and the overall camp
- We need to work on putting together a format that doesn't just feel like 8 hours of webinars
- Nick will follow up with the King Center to cancel the venue contract
- Matthew will setup a spreadsheet for brainstorming ideas
