Hi,

I experience problems with the slick carousel in Google Chrome and Microsoft Edge (not in Firefox).
The problems occur when loading the images from the slick slides with blazy.

Underneath the slides there is whitespace added (see screenshots).
When only using slick and no blazy, the whitespace is gone.
The whitespace is not always triggered, makes it not so easy to debug.

You are right.

The only reliable solution so far was the notorious hack with a good name as Aspect ratio option.

More info are in TROUBLESHOOTING sections at Blazy, or Slick. Be sure to check them out. Most basic issues are documented very well there to save you headaches. The rest are still scattered at each project home with similar sections.

Thanks for your fast reply.
I tried setting different aspect ratio's, the problem does indeed go away. Only I don't really get the aspect ratio setting. Does it do anything to my loaded images? When using different aspect ratio's I don't see any difference.
 My mistake, took wrong view mode, sorry. Indeed the image takes the aspect ratio.
