I am applying for the 'confirmed' user role, in order to properly report an issue with the biblio project I am using. I tried to post an issue (c.f. https://www.drupal.org/project/biblio/issues/3130517#comment-13569819) but this was reported as 'spam', probably due to the lack of the 'confirmed' user role.
