We could no longer save our building hours when they were closed unless we entered midnight to midnight. discovered it was due to this commit - https://www.drupal.org/commitlog/commit/5026/57941b39a08031c89349245e86d.... Patch attached reverts this commit.

I only committed thepart from src/Plugin/Field/FieldWidget/OfficeHoursWidgetBase.php
That seemed to be sufficient.
