501c3 next steps review with Matthew

- What’s next: decide as group whether we want to move forward with this and delegate responsibility for everything that we need to get finished.
- Most time consuming will likely be drafting article and bylaws.

Sponsorship updates
- Not much movement with sponsorships this week
- Our messaging is out there, going to give people some time before following up given the current state of events.

Summit updates
- Planning is still in progress, no major changes in the last week

Training updates
- Still on track. Trainers confirmed for digital or hybrid
Website updates
- Add an attribute to session submission that allows submitters to choose whether they would do it digital or in-person?

Marketing and social updates

- Keeping up with audiences and posts on social media platforms
- Next on the list to start this month: Schedule designs, sticker designs, badge designs, slide deck design (most pending decision on virtual camp)
- Recorded a spot with Lullabot (Chris) Looking forward to hearing it in future Lullabot podcasts
- Will start drafting this month's Newsletter with adding a survey in mind.
