Access field on node add or edit page

I think Simple Access looks like a very good solution to publishing content to groups. I think I've installed and set it up aright, but when I go to the add or edit content form and click on 'Access' nothing appears when I expect to see a list of the groups I've created. I then see that you have this:

"Fix up auto expanding of "Access" fieldset on the node add/edit page"

in the To Do list. So, am I right in assuming that that is the problem? If so, do you have an idea of the time scale for the fix? I'm running Drupal 6.4.

Thanks very much for your work on this - it seems to me to be an essential option for any comprehensive CMS.
