May you explain the reason for this request?
On Drupal.org, we don't usually delete nodes without a good reason (for example, because they are spam). If the reason is just hiding the case study, the node can simply be unpublished.

The problem is, I leave the company so my workmate creates this Case Study again.

Or is it possible to change the Creator of the Node?

Webmasters can change ownership of nodes. There isn't any need to delete a case study just to let another user recreate it.

May you provide the link to the user account for the user who should own the case study?
