Problem while setting destination on one time login link

I think I've just found an issue while setting the destination user edit page on one time login after T&C.

The problem is that the destination URL is setting using an string '' but this is not valid if drupal is installed in a context, for instance: www.example.com/drupal

In my local instance I've just change the absolute URL for a Url::fromRoute call like:

Previous:

$query = array('destination' => "/user/$uid/edit");

Actual:

$query = array('destination' => Url::fromRoute('entity.user.edit_form', ['user' => $uid])->toString());
