Team meeting - 4/6/2020

Update on DA profit donation
- We will donate our profits to the DA
- On top of that, we'll provide a donation match of $2500 for individual DA donations made through the DCCO site.

Sponsorship and matched contribution
- Right now people on the sponsor side are wary of sponsoring and need the message about how we're moving forward with the camp.
- If we can have a strong confident message about what we're doing with the camp and our planned support for the DA would be a really good message to put out there.
- Focus on getting the message out there that the camp is happening and then focus on how the match pool will work.
- We'll regroup on the match pool for sponsors next week

Summit updates
- Chris is working to schedule regroups with summit organizers

Training updates
- Emails are out to trainers about upcoming camp updates

Website updates: donation products and t-shirt shipping
- Working to get donation product up and running as well as add shipping address for t-shirts. hoping to have this live and (mostly) bug-free by wednesday.

Marketing and social updates around new direction
- Keep things moving on the planet drupal integration on the site
- Lullabot podcast promo will be getting updated as soon as this wednesday
- Reached out to Talking Drupal about updating our promo there as well
- Got in touch with the weekly drop and found out we can move our teaser up to asap
- We'll still plan to send an email out prior to the monthly newsletter announcing the camp changes
- Working on email signature for core sponsors to add to newsletter template
