Whenever I click on a bibtex export, I get a completely blank page with no error message or anything to tell me what is going wrong. Is this a bug, or am I doing something wrong?

Sounds like a PHP problem, maybe running out of memory or a script time-out. Check the php error logs (if it exists) you may find some clues there.
