Problem/Motivation

The label uses randomString(), and that can result in encoding problems in javascript tests:

1) Drupal\Tests\paragraphs_collection\FunctionalJavascript\ParagraphsStylePluginTest::testGlobalStyleSettings
Behat\Mink\Exception\ExpectationException: The string "Saved ]RDB>&^' configuration." was not found anywhere in the HTML response of the current page.

We started getting this after converting this test from simpletest to FunctionalJavasript
