deprecated core/jquery.ui.accordion library is replaced with jquery_ui_accordion:jquery_ui_accordion.

Added core_version_requirement: ^8 || ^9 to faqfield.info.yml to designate that the module is compatible with Drupal 9.

To use the jquery_ui_accordion/accordion library, you must enable the jquery_ui_accordion module, else Drupal 9 will display error
