Is your menu "Shop" a module? Because if it is, the module has its own Path that the maintainer chose and you cant configure it in this page. If you're creating a new menu, you have the possibility to choose the Path you want.

The thing is, you can't change the path from this link because you didn't create this menu link. It's like if want to edit the path from Content types menu link. You can't edit it because this path must exists or it would be problem if you edit it.
