Withdrawal via bank account not woking

Hi Aporie,

As per issue #3110376, the bank account display bug on the /user/funds/withdrawal-methods page has been well corrected in v1.3. Thanks again for releasing this version correcting this problem.

However, even if bank account details are entered, correctly stored and correctly displayed, the module reacts as if no bank account details were provided when the user requests a payment.
The inline form error says : Please enter your details for this withdrawal method first. (despite they are entered already), and the withdrawal is not working.

Also, taking opportunity to report that there is an additional drupal message on the top of the page saying :

1 error has been found:
Select your preferred withdrawal method.

which is a bit misleading, because the withdrawal method radio button is selected (to be consistent with the bug, the message should say "enter your details").

All other payment methods are working fine.

Note: After installing v1.3, database has been updated, caches have been flushed and cron was run.
