Although chart options (title, subtitle, labels for axis etc.) can be translated, they are always shown in the original language for embedded charts when opened in a preview mode. data-langcode parameter shouldn't be ignored when preparing chart configuration for preview mode.

A patch for this issue is added below.

A bug fixed in initial patch, that would cause "Invalid translation language specified" error.
