Role watchdog depends on views, but it is not listed in the info.yml File. This causes an issue if you are installing as part of a profile as it controls modules install order.

Thanks for the patch @dwkitchen. I believe the correct way to mention dependency is "drupal:views". I will update the same when pushing this patch.
