Step to reproduce

1. Go to config form (/admin/config/user-interface/easy-breadcrumb).
2. In Paths to replace with custom breadcrumbs section enter

/Node/1::NodeCrumb1

.
3. Visit node 1 page breadcrumb will not appear.
