How do I tweak this module so that the job posters emails get sent "From" the job applicant ?

This is automatic provided the applicant has registered; the email address is taken from their user profile and included when the applicant submits the application form.

Also regarding http://drupal.org/node/313898 a fix has been committed to 6.x-1.10 (as well as 5.x-1.4). To avoid multiple threads on the same issue please continue any discussion there.
