Problem/Motivation

LDAP Authentication default value for 'Exclude members of the administrative group from LDAP authentication' is always checked, even if said configuration is set to false.

Proposed resolution

Get default value from the saved config.
Based on that custom behavior for user 1 has been removed, the ', except for user 1' part should be removed from 'Exclusive mode: Only LDAP Authentication is allowed, except for user 1.' on the form.
