Problem/Motivation

The modal library uses the core/jquery.ui.tabs library, that is not actually needed and deprecated with Drupal 8.8. It will be removed in Drupal 9.0.0, therefore we should remove it.

Proposed resolution

Remove the core/jquery.ui.tabs dependency.
