Camp dates and 2020 venue update
- Nick is working to get the contract and down payment finalized. Should hopefully have this complete by tomorow

2020 website update
- Planning to get the site launched this week. Wrapping up some final QA now

Marketing and social check in
- Newsletter is ready to go tomorrow. Content is finalized.
- Phil will get more social stuff queued up in Buffer to make sure we're covered over the break.

Keynote speaker brainstorm
- Nominations are open until 12/31. We'll regroup on this at our first meeting of 2020
