Camp dates and 2020 venue update
- King Center is held for 8/14/2020-8/16/2020

2020 website update
- Core media and responsive image updates are in place.
- We're on track to launch 12/16/2019

Need one more person for code of conduct committee
- Not much movement here, going to reach out to people outside CO if we don't have a volunteer in the near future.

Marketing and social check in
- Phil is getting started on this month's newsletter
- Working with a contact at Galvanize for marketing. They currently announce the meetup on their website and their social channels.
- Considering a Drupal Colorado holiday get together for next year.

Keynote speaker brainstorm
- Greg's suggestion: put together a Google form for keynote suggestions and send out on social media - Nick will put this together and Phil will send out on social
- We'll brainstorm ideas through the end of the year and then VOTE at our first meeting

Sponsorships
- Need to update the prospectus for 2020
- We'll use the same content as last year with an updated design
- We'll plan to reconsider the pricing and structure for summit sponsorships
- Nick will talk to Lauren about design updates
