Status of Girls Who Code donation
- The donation is complete! Phil will post on social media.

Camp dates
- Leaning towards 8/14-8/16. Nick will work to finalize with members of the team who were not available for this week's call and reach out to the King Center about getting a contract in place.

2020 venue update
- Now that it's December, we can get our contract in place, we just need to finalize dates.

2020 website update
- Still making progress on the core media update. Planning to launch the landing page mid December.

Need one more person for code of conduct committee
- Nick will check on drupal.org to see if there's anyone in CO or that we know is a friend of the camp that has attended the training.

Marketing and social check in
- Phil was able to get in touch with some people at Galvanize about camp marketing

Keynote speaker brainstorm
- Nick will put together a brainstorm spreadsheet and post in the #keynote channel in Slack
